NML Casting is led by Casting Director Matthew Bailey 布文龍. Currently based in London, UK with offices in Hong Kong, SAR.

NML Casting began in Hong Kong in 2010 for the indie video game company UglySoft for their popular platform and mobile games for several years.
After expanding to the UK, NML Casting worked on multiple short films and music videos before casting the award-winning coming-of-age feature film "As I Am" (2020) starring Harry Lloyd, James Faulkner and Alexander Lincoln. Most recently helped cast the comedy drama feature film "The Fence" (2022) starring Sally Phillips and Eugene Simon, and the Hong Kong sci-fi film "The Calm Beyond" (2022) starring Kara Wang.
​NML Casting has cast multiple music videos for Youtube artist KSI such as the hugely popular MV “On Point”, and music videos such as "Long Time Friends" by The Living Tombstone starring William Moseley, and "Family" by Emeli Sande.

For 2024 NML Casting has several feature films and short films in the works, working with production companies and agencies in the UK, USA and France.

NML Casting works closely with production companies such as Zebrafish Media, Volition Media Partners, Deadbeat Films and Spirit Media. Through these companies, NML Casting has cast commercials for Vinted, Pizza Express, Kenwood, Lowe’s, Google, Caprice Holdings, Asus, HyperX, PatPat, OKX & TCL products to name a few.
